The Team
CoreyMotion is a small operation. For now! The creative team consists of one-man, one-dog, and one-cat. The three of us do most of the filming and editing at our first operational Head Quarters, located in a super snazy multi story building. I wish! Its actually located in my mom’s garage.
Our cat Belle is the head of the “Don’t Give a Damn” department. She ensures everything is going according to plan. She isn’t afraid to jump on the table and knock everything over, including the set and camera, if something isn’t meeting her standards.
She also has a tendency to sit on my keyboard. She is convinced it is very helpful when I am trying to edit my films.
Our dog Kona is the head of “Emotional Support” department. Kona ensures the safety and well-being of every single individual on set. Except the action figures. Some of them have been known to go flying off the set due to her wagging tail.
Executive Producer: Mom
Every production company needs capital to operate. That is where our Executive Producer comes in, my Mom.
Heidi Jo Corey, aka my mom, has kindly given up some space in her garage to allow the creation of our table top studio for stop motion. She is also responsible for financing my state of the art computers, software, lighting, stands, props, backgrounds, and the million other things a studio needs to operate.

Director of Communications
Every production company also needs an Obi-Wan Kenobi, a sage advisor to lead the young padawans.
Uncle Jasper is my Obi-Wan Kenobi. I’ve known him since I was a toddler. I loved playing with his cameras and computers when he had a photography studio in Venice Beach. Over the years we did a lot of creative projects together.
Uncle Jasper helped my mom and I construct our garage stop motion studio. He kindly provided the professional camera I shoot with, and helped me figure out how to shoot with DragonFrame, the industry standard software for stop motion.
He also built this cool website for me.
